ProjectGauge provides project-planning, quote-review, and contractor-comparison tools. This notice describes the data this beta service is designed to collect and how it is used.

Information you provide

Calculator inputs may include ZIP code and project details. If you voluntarily request another estimate, the form may collect your name, email, phone number, project ZIP, project type, timing, homeowner status, and the consent record associated with your request.

How information is used

We use submitted information to operate the requested tools, respond to requests, measure performance, prevent abuse, and—only when the estimate-request feature is activated with a provider program—route an opted-in service request to participating home-service providers or lead partners.

Tracking

The service may record referral and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign so we can understand which marketing sources produce useful homeowner activity.

Sharing

Calculator use does not by itself authorize us to send your contact information to a contractor. Contact information submitted through the optional estimate-request form may be shared as described in the consent displayed directly above the submit button.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical controls appropriate to a small web service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We intend to retain lead records only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, and partner reconciliation.

Your choices

You can use ProjectGauge’s planning tools without submitting the optional contractor-contact form. If you submit a request and later want to ask about the data associated with it, use the contact method displayed on the live site once support contact information is configured.

Before public launch

This beta notice must be reviewed and updated with ProjectGauge’s legal entity/contact details, live service providers, any analytics vendors, and the final lead partner’s required disclosures before third-party lead routing is enabled.
