ProjectGauge provides general planning information. Cost ranges, quote comparisons, and scope prompts are estimates and educational tools, not contractor bids, inspections, appraisals, engineering advice, or guarantees of price or workmanship.

No contractor relationship

ProjectGauge is not the contractor performing your project. Contractors and other service providers are independent parties responsible for their own licensing, insurance, scope, pricing, contracts, warranties, code compliance, and work.

Verify before hiring

Users should independently verify contractor credentials, licensing, insurance, references, written scope, permits, warranties, payment terms, and other material terms before hiring.

Estimate requests

If you voluntarily request another estimate, ProjectGauge may route that request to participating providers or lead partners only as described in the consent presented with the form. Submitting a request does not require you to hire any provider.

No guarantee

Actual project cost can differ materially from a ProjectGauge planning range because of site conditions, structural work, hidden damage, access, codes, permits, labor and material markets, warranties, contractor overhead, and other variables.

These beta terms require final review and ProjectGauge legal entity/contact information before commercial public launch.
